The dbhps City Sales Section records registered Pracharaks of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha and its branches. The Pracharaks stand as the back bone of HPS. DBHPS CSS issues Certificates to Pracharaks of 1st and 2nd grade on registration as pracharaks. Close to 72 thousand Pracharaks have already made registration with the Sabha and its Branches.
